Hope’s Choir – “The Singers of Hope” – provides music for Sunday morning worship services and special events such as the annual Sing Noel Program. Supported by our 9 foot Baldwin Concert Piano (recognized as one of the finest pianos in the city of Tulsa), a set of hand chimes and a variety of guest instrumentalists, the choir offers a wonderful opportunity to use a love of music to support Hope’s mission.
Rehearsals take place each Wednesday at 7 p.m. The ability to read music is not required. An audition is not required. The only requirement is that you love good music and great fellowship and want to help support the mission and values of our Free Church.
What is it? Where is it? When is it? Who can “join”? How much are the dues?
Supper Club has been a long time, Unitarian gathering of small groups of 8 or so people. It’s a casual, social evening of dining and getting to know other members. There’s no other gathering we have quite like it at Hope. It’s an easy way to allow us to in share more about each other and what brought us to this church community. Supper Club is unique in that aspect.
Dinners are generally held at the homes of those who want to join the monthly gatherings. The dinners are scheduled the second Saturday of September, October, December, January, February, April and May.
September is the kick-off month for Supper Club, so we have a pot-luck at church.
When you sign up, you agree to host/hostess one of the six months and you’re a guest for the remainder of the gatherings. The Supper Club coordinator, Coe McGinley, assigns the guests to each host/hostess who provides the main dish and beverages, and contacts each guest to provide side dishes and dessert.
The sharing of a meal and the comradery makes for an enjoyable evening.
Childcare will be provided at the church from 5:00pm to 9:30pm each second Saturday with reservations. Cost will be $3.00 per child with a maximum of $10.00 per family. Reserve 48 hours in advance. Contact Sharon Giefer, email@example.com
Dues? There are none for this “club”.

The Women’s Lunch Bunch
Women of Hope
In modern Greek the word phlia means friendship. It includes loyalty to friends, family, and community and love between friends. That’s the kind of love you’ll find at our Women of Hope group. We gather in the evening at the church on the first Thursday of each month for a potluck dinner and a program.
Our programs feature speakers on topics that range from community outreach programs to theatre, gardening, literature, music and other activities. You’ll find announcements in our Newsletter about the topic of future programs. Come be our guest!
he Women of Hope does not have a formal membership. We encourage all women of Hope to join us the first Thursday of each month for a program and fellowship.
We look forward to seeing you all,
Anita Ward and Deborah Whittaker
