January Warm Clothing Drive for Homeless Vets

Please help homeless Vets! Bring in your new or gently used GLOVES, HATS, SCARVES, BLANKETS OR MEN’S COATS, and leave in the donation box in the Fellowship Hall. Many of these Vets live in tents because they cannot tolerate the loud noises of a homeless shelter The Veteran’s Administration funds a program to assist homeless veterans in locating, obtaining and maintaining housing but does not fund this winter clothing.

The Community Service Council of Tulsa administers this program called BRRX4VETS which stands for “Barrier Removal and Residential Exchange for Veterans”. More information can be obtained at csctulsa.org/brrx4vets/
